Jason is available throughout New England for solo and band performances. He is also an experienced wedding musician, specializing in ceremony music and cocktail hour entertainment.
Rates are dependent on travel, time/length of performance, scope of equipment setup, size of venue, type of event, and frequency of booking. Typically, performances fall into these rate ranges:
Solo: $175 - $250
Duo: $325 - $475
Trio band: $525 - $675
4-piece band: $600 - $1000
Wedding Ceremony (solo) - $400
Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Hour (solo) - $500
Ceremony/Cocktail/Reception Band - $1000 to $1600

Jason Mancine has played over 2,000 performances in bands, duos, and as a solo performer. From his bassist/songwriter roots in the original "power trio" Aperture, to his acoustic composition in the successful folk duo Jade, to his successful transition into the full-time music performance and production business, Jason has developed a diverse repertoire and a reputation for professionalism and quality.
Jason performs about 225 times each year at venues throughout Maine and New Hampshire, including Sea Dog Brewing (Topsham/Bangor/South Portland), The Farmhouse Inn (Rangeley, ME), Montsweag Roadhouse (Woolwich, ME), Gritty McDuff's (Auburn, ME), Shipyard Brewhaus (Sunday River, ME), The Carrabassett Inn (Sugarloaf, ME), The Margate Resort (Laconia, NH), Northern Outdoors (The Forks, ME), The Granary Brew Pub (Farmington, ME), The Phoenix House (Sunday River, ME), The Bull Moose Restaurant (Errol, NH), Geppetto's (Sugarloaf, ME) Saddleback Mountain (Rangeley, ME) and many other venues throughout the region
Jason is also an experienced engineer, producer and publisher and has helped produce recordings, albums and live performances for scores of musicians through his label, "The Sween Machine".
As an artist development consultant, Jason has assisted New England based songwrtiers in learning the legal and professional aspects of writing, publishing, booking, and management.
In 2010, starting his third decade of performing, Jason is working on several new projects including new bands, new songs and new venues.
